Our Mission

Changing People’s Lives®.

Our Vision

Triangle Springs will transform the delivery of behavioral health services and solve the largest healthcare challenge of our generation, the lack of access to quality care for mental illness and addiction. We will:

  • Engage with patients, families, employees, communities, healthcare providers, and health insurers to increase access to behavioral healthcare
  • Provide a continuum of care that delivers the right care, in the right place, at the right time, at the right cost
  • Partner to integrate behavioral and medical healthcare to improve the health of populations and reduce the per capita cost of healthcare
  • Be nationally known for providing high quality, consistent, evidence-based, and innovative care
  • Decrease suicide rates, decrease addiction-related deaths, reverse the decline in life expectancy, and improve productivity in the communities we serve
  • Destigmatize mental illness and addiction, which are conditions that transcend race, gender, age, and socioeconomic class

I wanted to work in an environment that was conducive to healing. One that was committed to the individualized care of each person. Joining this team has provided that and more. Triangle Springs' vision for care has helped me return to the values that made me decide to become a nurse. I am honored to serve, learn and grow here.

Really welcoming place. I needed a bit of extra help since I recently had to put my cat to sleep, and the staff here is really helpful and friendly. Highly recommended. Today is my third day in the Intensive Outpatient Program and I'm finding it helpful already. The doctor I've seen is very good too and was very careful to make sure my Complex-PTSD was not being aggravated by his presence. Great job by the staff!
